Heroes and Hearts Annual Luncheon

IGOT, represented by Amber Caldwell, Dr. Theodore Miclau and Dr. James Oliver Johnston attended the Annual San Francisco General Hospital Foundation Fundraising Lunch “Heroes and Hearts”. This annual event auctions “hearts” painted by local artists to benefit the San Francisco General Hospital Foundation.

Monica Grova presented her poster for her IGOT summer research project entitled: Orthopaedic Trauma in an Underserved Region of South Africa: An Intervention to Address the Challenge”. This poster represented her research initiative while in Mthatha, South Africa during the summer of 2009 at the Bedford Orthopaedic Centre.
