Publication Archive:
Published research in the medical field is a keystone to benchmarking clinical outcomes and discoveries. The field of orthopaedics heavily relies on academic justification for progress. Extensive efforts and resources are invested in completing publications. The members of IGOT are focused on researching the global burden of orthopaedic trauma and musculoskeletal disease globally. These efforts are intended to advocate for initiatives that improve and better allocate care in this sub-specialty thru academic recognition. The completed publications by IGOT members can be viewed by navigating the side bar.
Reference Archive:
Although Orthopaedics has a long standing academic history the publications associated with global orthopaedics and trauma, especially in the developing world are relatively rare to other recognized global health concerns such as HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis. The articles, chapters and literature referenced in this section are milestone publications from colleagues and associated organizations with vested interest in the advocacy of this growing subspecialty. The references can be viewed by navigating the side bar.
